hey girls,
alot of tests and projects are coming around the corner, please do study hard and train hard. we have to balance both, thats why we're called student athletes.
remember WHAT DO WE WANT.
to be a worthy competitor.
lastly, lets start eating healthily kay?
no more junk food, no more fried and greasy stuff as what savie has said, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.
unless you wanna be a yellow greasy french fry rowing in the boat or a prawn cracker, if not lets start having a healthy lifestyle.
